BELLY DANCING IS EVERY WOMAN'S DANCE, IT RESONATES IN US
Women of any age, shape and size can benefit from learning to belly dance.  The movements are aerobic while enhancing muscle isolation, toning, shaping, posture, flexibility and grace.  It is a woman's dance for all ages.   I teach in 8 towns in Greater Hartford for the convenience of my students.  I am a professional belly dancer for 29 years and I teach belly dancing to hundreds of women for the past 9 years.   Learn Belly Dancing for fitness, for performance opportunities or for fun.
