of any age, shape and size can benefit from learning to belly dance.
The movements are aerobic while enhancing muscle isolation, toning,
shaping, posture, flexibility and grace. It is a woman's dance for all
ages. I teach in 8 towns in Greater Hartford for the convenience of
my students. I am a professional belly dancer for 29 years and I teach
